Michael Reynolds is a finance, strategy and venture-building professional working with Altus Impact on the financial and commercial dimensions of regenerative agriculture and landscape restoration.

Michael began his career in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets, UBS and Barclays Capital, advising companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and corporate strategy. He subsequently moved into technology and venture building, advising companies on product strategy, business models and commercialisation before co-founding Gesso, a technology platform for location-based audio experiences.

At Altus Impact, his work includes analysing farm-level economics and value chains, developing financial models and scenario analyses, and exploring how the performance of early farmer cohorts can support financing for subsequent expansion.
