Pablo Ernesto Evia Salas is a consulting associate at Altus, currently working on the development of a cost benefit analysis and impact assessment toolkit for Water, Energy and Food Security Nexus projects in South America.
Pablo Ernesto Evia Salas holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Development Economics from the Rheinische
Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, in Germany. He studied Economics at the Bolivian Catholic
University and has master’s degrees in Public Policy (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Buenos Aires-
Argentina) and in Economic Policy (Williams College, Massachusetts-USA). He has been consulting for numerous organisations (ILO, World Bank, Inter-American development Bank) and worked as research assistant at
the Bolivian Catholic University as well as a Senior Risk Analyst at the Central Bank of Bolivia. He is also an been an invited lecturer for the University of Bonn, Universidad Privada Boliviana, Universidad Católica Boliviana, and the Williams College.
